Background removal on our own GPUs, with colour decontamination so green-screen and backdrop bleed is stripped out of soft edges. Then brush parts back in or out by hand.

Results are stored as WebP and keyed by the source image, so asking for the same picture twice is answered from cache instead of running the model again. The brush works on the alpha channel: erase to cut more away, restore to paint pixels back in.
