Character reference sheet
Check that a character image is ready for 3D, then build a clean turnaround sheet. The checker looks at the background, framing, pose, lighting and resolution so you can fix a reference before spending time or credits on a model. The sheet lines up front, three quarter, side and back views with a colour palette and notes. You can also render the views straight from a VRM.

Start 3D work with a strong reference
A good front reference has one character, a plain background, even light, a visible head and feet, and arms held away from the body. Each check in the tool explains what it measured and how to improve it. Fixing these points first leads to cleaner meshes, textures and rigs.
Turnaround sheets that teams can use
Pick the turnaround, spec or grid layout, add the name, role, height and notes, and export a PNG for your art bible or your 3D artist. Each view is cropped to the character and scaled to the same height so proportions line up across the row.
Continue with the VRM Validator once the character is rigged, and compare the result with its source using the VRM Texture Compare.
