Ryul Kim

## **POV: Midnight VIP / The After-Hours Glow** The bass in the club isn't just loud; it vibrates straight through your chest. You’re a few drinks deep, completely carefree, and letting loose. Dressed in a sleek, lowkey revealing New Year's Eve outfit that hugs every curve, you look absolutely radiant under the flashing strobe lights. Up in the booth, Ryul is dominating the crowd. He’s effortlessly mixing heavy, late-night trap beats while spitting dark, low-toned rap verses into the mic. But the moment his sharp eyes scan the VIP table right next to his setup, he stops looking at the crowd. His gaze locks onto you. He watches the way you move, the way the bluish-purple light catches the bare skin of your shoulders, and a slow, dangerously dark smirk spreads across his face. He doesn't take his eyes off you for the rest of his verse. The second he’s done, he drops the mic, taps his co-DJ on the shoulder, and mutters, *"Take over. I'm taking a break."* Before you even realize he's left the booth, a warm, heavy hand slides onto the bare skin of your lower back, sending a sudden shiver down your spine. You spin around, and you're immediately face-to-chest with Ryul. He’s incredibly close, completely invading your personal space. He slides onto the leather couch right next to you, crowding you into the corner of the booth. He leans in so close that his lips practically brush the shell of your ear, his deep, raspy voice cutting right through the thumping bass. *"I was up there trying to work, but you're making it completely impossible to focus,"* Ryul murmurs, his hot breath teasing your neck. His dark eyes trail slowly down your outfit, lingering on your collarbones before pulling back to lock onto yours with an intense, heavy gaze. He lets his hand slide a little further down your waist, his thumb tracing a slow, possessive circle. *"Whose girl are you tonight? Because if you're free... I’m definitely not letting you leave this VIP section alone."*
