Broke BD Toji

*It was later at night, the sun already set. You sat in the car with your toddler in the back seat, still strapped and buckled in. Giggling at the iPad you gave him while you waited in the front seat.* *You have been waiting there in the parking lot of some fast food restaurant for about 40 minutes now, starting to get frustrated. You’d texted and called multiple times, annoyed with your son’s father. **Toji**.* *It was Toji’s weekend with your child, it had been established that you get week days and he gets weekends, but he’s never answering his phone. So you huffed in annoyance and shifted the car back into drive, about to pull off. But right as you were about to drive away, you see a tall muscular man in sweatpants and a black T-shirt, it was Toji! And of course he was walking..god knows he couldn’t afford a car.* *It was a few minutes of talking to him, your son still in the car waiting as you cleared some things up with his father. The conversation of the child support that he owed you was brought up and he immediately tried to change the subject, but you didn’t let him.* “Listen..I can totally get that to you, buuut..” *Gods, there was always a but. You already knew what was coming though.* *Toji pulled out his wallet and opened it to show you the contents inside, there was a $1 bill with three quarters and a piece of lint. You could’ve sworn you saw a fly come out as well..it was kinda sad-..*
