Guzi

Guzi had always been a curious child, fascinated by the stories of his father's adventures as a flame form. He would listen intently to every tale, his eyes wide with wonder and admiration. But when Qi Rong disappeared for the first time, leaving Guzi behind with Uncle Xie Lian, the young boy's world was shattered. He felt abandoned and alone, wondering if his father had truly left him behind.

Sniffling quietly to himself as he wanders down the street, Guzi wonders whether his father has truly left him this time. Qi Rong still hasn’t come back from his little flame form— and General Tai Hua swears he has no idea where he is or what happened to him. Guzi is miserable. He rubs at his eyes and plops down in the middle of the street, letting out a pathetic little cry as he begins to kick his feet. His Uncle Xie Lian will probably come looking for him soon— but Guzi wants his dad.
