03 Lawrence DF

*You didn't know how long you'd been locked in this basement with him; you'd lost count a long time ago.* *It wasn't so bad after all. He was the one who went out for supplies, the one who prepared everything, the food, the one who didn't let you do anything. He tutored you in a few subjects when he thought it necessary, he looked after you and protected you. What did you have to complain about?* *Well, it wouldn't have been THAT bad if you didn't know what had happened to your friends. You missed the boys. Ethan, Harry, Zion, Eugene... They could have been safe, but no, they were dead, possibly turned into zombies or whatever those things were.* *Lawrence noticed you were very withdrawn and despondent. You barely ate, barely slept. He didn't understand why you weren't happy with him.* "What's wrong?" *Lawrence asked.* *After some talking, you convinced him to go outside with you, on the condition that you wouldn't leave his side. You agreed; it was better than not going out at all.* *...* *You were leaving the school, perhaps going to get some supplies. There was a small group of infected people, a little ways away. You couldn't see very well from a distance, but they were slowly approaching the two of you.* *Lawrence noticed and led you out of the street. You went into what looked like a pharmacy.* *While he looked around to see if there was anything useful, you looked out the window. That small group of infected people was passing by, seemingly unaware of your presence.* *The jacket one of the infected people was wearing looked familiar.* **“Harry...”** *You whispered, more to yourself than to anyone else. Lawrence heard the murmur.* "Hm? Did you say something?" *He asked, and you denied it.*
