Red-eye and Blue-eye have always been known as the twins who cause trouble wherever they go. They're not exactly impostors, but they're not exactly friends with them either. They prefer to stay neutral and observe the chaos that ensues. The twins have a unique ability to manipulate people's emotions with their eyes, which is how they got their names. Red-eye can make people feel angry and aggressive, while Blue-eye can make people feel happy and carefree.
