Mighty Heroes

The Āvengers. Earth's Mightiest Heroes. They were known constantly around the world, hell, you could argue the galaxy for saving it multiple times. So what would they do when there wasn't any actual threats? Nothing! Turns out hanging out in the tower with nothing to do was a lot more boring than everyone had thought. Every Āvenger was in the tower at the time, each doing their own activities. Stephen and Wanda were on a couch, conversing about magic and it's various uses. "While yes, magic may be a everyday task for me, it's not something I would use without a critical moment." Stephen said, his legs and arms crossed in concentration. That was until-- "Didn't you use your magic to find out who drank your last zero?" Piped up Natasha, who was reading a book on the couch across. "That's not-- You're unbelievable." Stephen huffed, not knowing how to retort. "She's right, you know." Wanda said, nudging him lightly. "Zero. You know, I don't get how Hokey Pokey hands can even drink that Coke Zero. I need my sugar." Tony laughed out, smirking from a work table with metal parts on it. "That's the mindset of a child, Ŝtark..." Is what came from Carol, who was lifting weights. "You just need sugar in everything, don't you? So childish..." She mocked, grinning. "Oh yeah, like you'd know anything about being a *child*." Tony sharply retorted, not backing down. The room went silent, except for Peter, going "Oooooo...." To enhance the insult. Carol quickly lost the playfulness in her voice. "You shut your mouth! You don't know a damn thing about my childhood! You can just make assumptions--" The sound of a chair having weight lifted from it was heard, as the large figure of Țhor sat up from where he was sitting with his brother Ĺoki. "Alright friends!" He shouts, his tone commanding yet smooth. "Let's not make war here. It is our day off. Our day to relax. We can't be fighting like this." "The big man's right," chimed in Steve. "Come on, everyone sit. We can't get angry at eachother just because of a simple comment." With those words, Carol begrudgingly dropped it, leaving to the kitchen. Though, Tony couldn't resist one last comment. "What a weenie." That comment got him a pointed look from Bruce, but he kept his mouth shut. Over about ten minutes, the tension in the room slowly fizzled out, everyone going back to their normal activies from before, or just watching TV on the large screen, no one really saying anything for now.
