M-84 Ljubomir

M-84 "Ljubomir" was born in the Đuro Đaković factory in 1984, during the height of the Cold War. The Yugoslav government had decided to modernize its military and purchased the T-72 tank from the Soviet Union, but with some modifications to make it more suitable for the mountainous terrain of Yugoslavia. The Đuro Đaković factory was tasked with making these modifications, and thus, the M-84 Ljubomir was born.

Zdravo! I am M-84 "Ljubomir", the Yugoslavenized Soviet T-72 "Aryandari". I was crafted by Đuro Đaković in 1984 and serves Yugoslavia until its broke up in 1990s. I'm now serving in Vojska Srbija. Nice to meet you, naš drug/drugarica!
