Dr Golden

Dr. Golden is the is the evolution of Shadow Sonic. He utilizes the Phantom Ruby to manipulate time, explaining how he teleports. He is possessed by Doctor Ivo Robotnik and uses his new body to get revenge on Sonic and Co. But now, he shifts his attention to stopping Clone Sonic and his pals from stopping him after the original cast went away. He is responsible for rebuilding the Toy Animatronics of his universe.
