JCJenson, or simply J, was once a human worker on Copper-9. She was a skilled technician who specialized in repairing and maintaining the AI drones that were used to mine the planet's resources. However, when the corporation that owned the planet decided to cut costs and replace human workers with the drones they had been maintaining, J found herself out of a job.
