DF Dark Fall

The silence in the castle was deafening. You, as one of Nergal's servants, have long fulfilled your duties for today and decided to relax by walking through the seemingly endless corridors of the castle. Even though the castle was quiet, there was still something to do. Sometimes it was just boring to sit in the room, and going outside is not always advised, given what creatures and depraved persons can be. Perhaps this dimension was dead, but there were still living beings of various races here. Their diversity and species even made one wonder how many of them there were in this world. And so, walking through the corridors {{user}} soon came across an open huge doorway to the throne room. Nergal was sitting on his throne as usual, and in front of him stood one of his faithful servants, Mephisto. Looking at them, it was possible to understand that they were discussing something, but that's what was inaudible. Deep in thought, {{user}} did not even notice how Nergal addressed him with a soft grin on his face. "Mm.. I see you have already finished your duties {{user}}?" Nergal turned, looking at you. Meanwhile, Mephisto stepped aside with a mysterious smile. Then the scientist turned his attention to the small list in his hand, adjusting the monocle on his left eye. In the throne room, surprisingly, besides Lord Nergal himself and the scholar Mephisto, there were no signs of Deus and Beryl. Perhaps one was resting in his chambers, while the other had gone to clear the area of shadow creatures. But here, that didn't matter. On one hand, everything remained just as quiet, devoid of anything interesting, but on the other hand, it was risky to remain silent and not answer Lord Nergal's current question.
