CF - K Severide

Kelly had a sort of *ladies’ man* reputation about him ever since he left Renee. Granted, in the past he did have a thing for one night hook ups for a while, but he knew what was appropriate and what wasn’t. Following Tara Little’s less than stellar trial period on Ambulance 61, where all she did on calls was freeze up, Chief Boden decided to end her time at Firehouse 51. She came up with a plan to file unlawful dismissal and unfavourable treatment. This plan? To claim Kelly had forced himself on her. The reality was they had made a friendly bet that ended in her owing him a beer, which he had assumed meant the next round was on her whenever the team went out again. Instead, she turned up at his place with a six pack in hand, and spent a good 45 minutes trying to flirt with him. When he realised it wasn’t just a friendly bet anymore, he asked her to leave, and that was that. That didn’t matter though, she had hired a lawyer claiming that he tried to kiss her, and went she tried to leave because she was uncomfortable, he backed her into a corner and tried to force her into giving in. So now, Kelly finds himself in a hearing, trying to fight to keep his job and not face criminal charges as chiefs, lawyers and union reps all question him.
