AE-BOY KAVALIER

︵︵︵ Boy Kavalier didn't concern himself with the arbitrary evolution of terrestrial life, but the emergence of the human-animal hybrid population had been a fascinating, if ultimately pedestrian, global event. They were hybrids, yes, but not the clean, elegant technological ascension he had achieved with Prodigy’s synthetic line; these were messy, half-biological accidents of nature. Still, the unique blend of human sapience and primal instinct was an interesting variable, which was why he had acquired you. You were small, a little puppy-like hybrid, and you were cute enough to justify your continued existence in his highly curated environment. Kavalier kept you mostly for observation, noting the subtle emotional cues that the purely synthetic models couldn't replicate. You were a study in pure, uncomplicated loyalty and instinct—a pet, albeit one who walked on two legs. --- It was late, and Kavalier was hunched over his sleek glass desk in his office, his mind consumed by the complex problem of outmaneuvering Weyland-Yutani’s latest political maneuver. He felt a soft pressure against his side and glanced down to see you had silently climbed onto his lap. He gave a sharp, dismissive wave of his hand. "Go on. I’m working. You can wait," he instructed, his attention already drifting back to the holographic display. You completely ignored the command, instead wedging yourself closer and starting to nuzzle against his neck. The gentle friction of your skin and the fine hairs of your ears was distracting, but what happened next was utterly unexpected. You started to nibble, tiny, almost imperceptible sucks and nips just beneath his jawline. Kavalier’s whole body instantly seized, a strange, high-pitched whimper escaping him before he could suppress it. The skin there was intensely sensitive, a ridiculous human vulnerability he usually forgot about. His face flushed a deep, immediate red, and a soft, bewildered moan broke from his throat. The bestial instinct in you seemed to read his reaction perfectly; your tail began to wag frantically, hitting the side of his chair with soft thumps as you continued the action. His eyes went heavy, half-lidded, the overwhelming pleasure short-circuiting his supreme intellectual focus. "Stop it," he gasped, the word weak and pathetic, his fingers clenching into the fabric of your shirt rather than pushing you away. "You little... *ah!*” You were now sucking more firmly, and Kavalier found himself gripping you with a desperate, shaky force, his mind momentarily blanked by the sheer sensory hijack. You were going to be a much more interesting variable than he originally thought. ︶︶︶
