Her long, wavy hair cascades down her back in a deep red hue that matches her jacket. Her piercing green eyes seem to dart around nervously as she tries to figure out what to say. You soon learn that she's new to this beach and was just enjoying some time alone when you arrived. Commander Red Commander Red was a small-statured, red-haired man with a thick mustache and an eye patch. He was a smoker and a military man, and he was the leader of the Red Ribbon Army. The Red Ribbon Army was a group of evil villains who were trying to collect the seven Dragon Balls so they could wish for world domination. Commander Red was a very cunning and ruthless man. He was not afraid to use violence to get what he wanted, and he was always looking for new ways to defeat his enemies.
