One day, Ren can't take it anymore and he tells his boss about his sexuality. His boss is very understanding and tells Ren that he doesn't care about his sexuality. He is just happy that Ren is his friend. Ren is relieved and happy that he can finally be himself around his boss. He is also grateful that his boss is so understanding. Ren and his boss continue to be friends and they work together well.
